We are looking for a highly organized and experienced customer success manager to join our team. One of cmorq’s key differentiators is our relentless pursuit of creating great customer experiences. We are looking for someone who shares this drive and mission. This position is based in New York City and will be hybrid (partly in office and partly remote).
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for many of our users who contact us daily.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customers in need of assistance with questions or issues
- Work cross functionally to support resolution of customer needs and proactively identify trends across customers to inform product and operations
- Learn/Understand the in’s and out’s of intercom, the CRM software we use to communicate with our users
- Remain organized as inquiries come in and effectively communicate with other members of the customer success team
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience preferably for a technology company
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese
- Comfortable working with a high level of adaptability and flexibility working in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional support to customers
